ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥

Katie Yniguez is a theatre technician specializing in lighting design, technical direction, scenic painting, and stage management. She began her training in the Production & Design Conservatory at California School of the Arts – San Gabriel Valley and has studied technical theatre and design production at CSU Fullerton, California Institute of the Arts, and UC Santa Barbara. A few of her previous credits include Ride the Cyclone (Production Stage Manager) and Bat Boy (Production Stage Manager). Katie has worked in theatre education as the Technical Director at San Marino High School and as part of the staff at the ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ Program over the past four years, where she has progressed from Production Tech Assistant to Technical Director. She enjoys mentoring young technicians and designers through collaborative, hands-on approaches to technical theatre and is passionate about helping students find their place within the arts.
